The man who lays claim to the title of having the world’s largest penis actually took the record from a renowned Hollywood actor.
We all know someone who professes to have the world’s biggest member, when, in fact, they are really just overcompensating, but Roberto Esquivel Cabrera is anything but.

The 63-year-old from Saltillo, Mexico, boasts a penis measuring a whopping 18.9 inches when flaccid. To put that into perspective, it is the same length as a computer keyboard, half a baseball bat, or a small suitcase.
While Cabrera may be charged extra luggage for what he is packing, he has insisted that he won’t have it reduced despite its inconvenient size.
In addition, the size of his third leg has caused several health problems, including frequent urinary tract infections due to some urine remaining inside his foreskin.
The man from Mexico has also admitted that he is still a virgin, due to his penis being too large for actual penetration, and will likely never have sex should he keep his penis the same size.
Healthcare professionals have suggested surgery to reduce the size of his penis, but he has refused due to wanting his ‘gift’ to be recognized by Guinness World Record.
He admitted: “I would like to be in the Guinness Book of Records but they don’t recognise this record.
“I am famous because I have the biggest penis in the world. I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have.”
Cabrera knocks Hollywood actor off his perch to claim title
Cabrera claimed the unofficial prize of world’s largest penis from US actor, Jonah Falcon, whose member measures 9.5 inches when flaccid, and a huge 13.5 inches when erect.
However, while there is no official penis-measuring governing body who presides over such matters, doctors have revealed that much of Cabrera’s penis is simply foreskin and blood vessels, with only seven inches of it being penile gland.
The man’s doctor, Dr Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez, said: ‘We have advised him “Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn’t hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children”.
