Professional dominatrix Little Goth Bat has revealed the most shocking requests she has received from clients, admitting that while she works in the world of extreme fetishes, there are certain acts she refuses to carry out regardless of the money on offer.
Appearing on The Reality Check Show podcast with hosts Shaun Maroof and adult performer Demetri Dionysus, Little Goth Bat spoke openly about her work, including sessions involving scat play.

Explaining what the fetish involves, she claimed: “Scat is where you poop on someone, either on them or their mouth or whatever preferred area they like. And sometimes they eat it, they chew it all up and swallow it.”
Her comments immediately sparked a debate between the hosts over whether such fetishes point to underlying mental health issues.
Maroof responded: “I’m sorry, that is a mental health problem,” while Dionysus agreed, adding: “I agree with you, mate.”
Little Goth Bat rejected that suggestion, insisting the acts are simply a matter of preference between consenting adults.
When Maroof asked, “You don’t think that eating poo is a mental health problem?”, she replied: “I don’t think it’s a mental health problem; it’s whatever you like, right?”
The host argued there have to be limits to personal preference, but the dominatrix maintained that consent is the crucial distinction.
“Yeah but that’s an underage person. It’s a bit different about an adult who’s consenting to allow you to either do that or takes enjoyment from that. These guys and girls, if they want to do that, then that’s absolutely fine. They’re not harming anyone, right?” she said.
The discussion then turned to safety during BDSM sessions, with Dionysus asking whether safe words are used.
Little Goth Bat explained: “Of course, there are safe words, and also like me in the session, I will always watch their body language.”
She said clients can sometimes push themselves beyond their limits, so she pays close attention to physical signs that indicate something is wrong.
“I’ll watch their lips, if their eyes are going funny, if they’re sweating like the sweat gets cold. You can see if someone’s starting to be unwell. They’ll get a cold sweat. Then you need to stop,” she said.
She added: “There are certain things that you will be able to notice that the person is not okay even without them saying because some of them will push themselves through.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Little Goth Bat described the BDSM community as supportive and welcoming.
“It’s a really good community… it’s definitely not hidden. You just need to know about it,” she said.

Later, the conversation shifted to the most extreme requests she has received from clients. After the hosts recalled a previous dominatrix whose client had allegedly asked to have his nose broken, Maroof asked if she had ever been given similar requests.
Little Goth Bat revealed: “I have people asking me to beat them up and stuff and like break ribs, but I refuse to, especially breaking ribs.”
She explained that having suffered cracked floating ribs herself made her aware of the potential long-term consequences.
“I just feel like when it comes to stuff like that, I will probably not do it because it just worries me at the end of the day. It doesn’t matter if you maybe sign a consent form,” she said.
When asked whether enough money would persuade her to change her mind, the dominatrix insisted she has firm boundaries.
“There is stuff I don’t care what money you will throw at me, I will not do.”
However, after one of the hosts jokingly suggested everyone has a price, she laughed and replied: “Oh, well, there’s a price. I’ll do anything.”
